The GRIDE are a set of public or private institutions that are articulated in RED to improve their ability to promote the approach to Disaster Risk Management and Adaptation to Climate Change Climate linked to the pursuit of sustainable development, advocacy and public policy level.
ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE GRIDE PANEL BUT IS A GROUP OF ACTION WITH OPERATIONAL CAPABILITIES AND ORGANIZATION INCLUDING ANY AND ALL GUILD LEVEL
The GRIDE are autonomous and each group follows its own processes and decide its structure and objectives, develop their own operational plans and mechanisms for building; seek multiple funding sources, either external or internal to your organization.
The GRIDE seek to link disaster risk management and adaptation to climate change and development processes even if each set their own goals, there are minimum targets that are common to all.

Incorporate Disaster Risk Management and Adaptation to Climate Change in plans and programs of its member institutions, Influencing Public Policy for Disaster Risk Management and Adaptation Climate Change by proposals collectively.
addition, the objectives have been established GRIDE diverse topics as the development of awareness campaigns, the production of knowledge about Risk Management and Adaptation to Climate Change, incorporating them into development plans, strengthening the Civil Defense, among others
Mission We are a consensus space composed of institutions and public and private organizations that promote risk management and adaptation to climate change within development processes
At Vision 2015, are GRIDE space established and well recognized of dialogue, consultation, through their actions have contributed significantly to the disaster risk management and adaptation to climate change within the sustainable development processes.
