Healthy Pierina Project supported by Minera Barrick Mishquiquilca and Technical Assistance Project "Healthy Municipalities" USAID conducted the "Workshop on the Implementation of Public Investment Projects (PIP) Lower with a focus on health promotion Local Governments in the Ancash Region. "
This important event took place from 14 to 16 June in the Auditorium of the Parish "Bethlehem" in the city of Huaraz and was attended by Local Government Independence, Jang, Huaraz, Yungay, Tarica, and Chavin Shupluy of Huantar, representatives of the DIRESA Ancash, Huaylas Health Network South microgrids health and other institutions associated with the promotion of health.
The workshop aimed to strengthen the capacity of authorities, local government officials, staff from health and education sector, in the formulation and implementation of public investment projects approach to health promotion in the framework of SNIP and thus be able to focus more public budget for social investment.
